In 1996, there were three of us. We already had a couple of things in common: our last name, and our sense of purpose. We called ourselves Bus Design. And grow we did. Our foundation became a jumping-off point for new ideas. Possibilities began to unfold. Time and again when a client came to us with a problem, our answer was "We can do that."

Our bond became tighter. We were a working unit, although sometimes it didn’t feel like work. What’s more, it seemed our creative light bulb was always on - and getting brighter. As we added more talented people to our team, our work developed a clarity and impact, but also an unexpectedness that people valued, and wanted to see again.

We had finally become something as powerful as a name. We had solidified. We stood for something - something much greater than the sum of its parts.

Today, we proudly move forward as Odonnell Company. Our new offices in New Haven, CT allow for our potential to grow. We have an enthusiastic group that love to turn marketing challenges into success stories - with imagination and conviction.
